For over 30 years, the CPS brand has been a benchmark in the manufacture of special pistons for cars, motorcycles and marine engines.
Founded by G. Zappia, the company quickly conquered the racing market thanks to its ability to offer bespoke products capable of meeting the needs of customers from all over the world. Every CPS piston is designed with precision craftsmanship and manufactured using high-performance materials, such as aluminium and steel alloys, to ensure reliability, thermal resistance and uncompromising lightness.

From the first piston to global excellence
THE FOUNDING OF CPS
CPS was founded by G. Zappia with the aim of bringing innovation to the racing sector. From its earliest years, the company distinguished itself through its ability to produce bespoke pistons capable of adapting to all types of engines and offering superior performance compared to standard products on the market.
Change of management
On 1 May 2009, CPS changed its name to C.P.S. dei Fratelli De Fazio. Gaetano Zappia remained a consultant for several years, ensuring technical continuity and know-how. Under the new management, the company consolidated its international reputation, expanding its network of customers and racing teams worldwide.
